The Ashoak Group of Companies is a 20-year-old business conglomerate having businesses across Cotton and Cotton Seed Processing, Commodity Trading, Solar EPC and Power Generation, and Real Estate Development.

Role Description

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. You will research market trends and create strategies to increase sales and profitability. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement initiatives to increase revenue. This is a full-time on-site role in Aurangabad.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development and sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of market trends and industry insights
• Experience in the real estate or textile industry or solar is a plus
• Fluency in English and Hindi is required, knowledge of Marathi is a plus
