Job Description:
We are looking for an AD (Associate Director) (Delivery Operations) to be based out our Chennai office. As an AD (Delivery Operations) at Tiger Analytics, you will • Be responsible for planning and staffing multiple programs for delivering value to customers / internal stakeholders. • Responsible for compliance, staff utilization, employee satisfaction, operation health and delivery excellence etc. • Deliver internal business value through data and metric driven approach to problem solving • Facilitate talent incubation, transformation and retention by working with HR & L&D • Manage contracts with 3rd party contractors • Streamline and improve business processes, long-term business planning, and analyse the effectiveness of existing business functions. Required Experience, Skills & Competencies: • Experience in the role of Delivery Head for an engagement for a 300 team members • Ability to lead and collaborate with multiple stakeholders • Problem Solving and decision-making Skills • Ability to stay well organized, versatile; have a keen attention to detail and flexibility to work with different aspects of a business. • Exposure to presales / business development • Strong People Management Skills • Excellent written/verbal communication skills • 12+ years of experience in IT/ITeS industry having been responsible for delivery of large programs/ accounts We will ensure that the compensation and title will be commensurate with the experience and skill-level brought to the table.
