- branded merchandise products : We have logo branding capabilities using technologies like Laser engraving, UV printing, embroidery etc on 40+ product categories like apparel, bottles, pens, backpacks etc
Mandaala by PrintStop, is a SaaS-based platform for Enterprises and it automates the order to delivery workflows for branded merchandise, onboarding kits, stationery, marketing collateral, corporate gifts and a lot more. Using Mandaala's digital portals for specific products, large organisations automate the manual effort, eliminate errors in artworks, enable inbuilt approvals and get complete visibility of spends, thus reducing the effort required by almost 80%.

Role The primary responsibility of this role is to generate revenue from inbound leads and through outbound reachouts.
The role will also include assisting customers to place orders and address their various servicing queries.
Qualifications amp; Experience: - Bachelor's degree in any field
- Min 2-3 years of selling online (e-commerce) to small businesses / individuals
- Working experience in gifting / printing companies is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities - Outbound calling to Customers to make them aware of products and upsell / cross sell to maximise customer revenue per customer
- Attending inbound queries and closing sales
- Attending Customer Calls / emails to assist clients to place orders and respond to any of their queries related to products / timelines etc.
- Getting estimates from estimation desk for custom inquiries and following up with clients for conversion
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Engage and build relations with customers to be able to convert and generate new business.
- Manage all tasks via zoho tickets
- Follow the desk processes and participate in ongoing sales and product trainings
