Role: Lead – Retail Credit and Operations (Electric Vehicles)

Location: Delhi

Exp: 7 to 10 Years

Ctc 10 to 14 LPA

cKers Finance (pronounced 'seekers') is an innovative sustainability finance company focused on offering specialized debt products for Energy and Resource Sustainability initiatives, including rooftop solar and electric vehicles.

cKers is looking to for a finance specialist who is also tech savvy to help conceptualize and build end-to-end retail lending products targeting electric vehicle buyers.

The candidate should have experience in creating digital journeys for a consumer-product; and have an interest in rapidly growing spaces around renewable energy, electric vehicles and SME financing. The candidate must have a 'creative' and 'learning-driven' approach for creating new products in segments that we cater to.

About cKers

cKers Finance ( aims to drive innovation in debt financing in areas related to Energy and Resource Sustainability. It invests in assets that will provide a higher return than what the market anticipates on a risk-adjusted basis. It has been launched by cKinetics and IIM Ahmedabad's Centre for Innovation Incubation and Entrepreneurship along with Infuse Ventures. It is also backed by the California Clean Energy Fund (CalCEF) and has partnered with the US International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) to grow the sustainable energy space in India.
Position deliverables

The role envisages the following:

• Define the product and processes to enable lending to Small Commercial Vehicle first time owners and fleet owners
• Driving the sales training, credit appraisal, decisioning, disbursement, loan operations, loan monitoring, vehicle monitoring, audit and compliance
• Setting up program parameters across different product and partner program
• Source and manage field investigation and audit agencies and electronic verification providers
• Managing portfolio risk across partners, OEMs, cities and product segments.
• Leveraging technology and OEM partnerships to develop market leading credit risk monitoring models
• Support city rollout and partner onboarding and collection best practice development
• Developing and managing the credit and operations team

• You are a proactive and independent person and are looking to take on independent responsibility
• You are good with numbers, have an analytical bent of mind and are curious by nature
• You can work as an independent contributor with little/ no support

You must have
• An MBA/ CA with 7-10 years of experience
• Done vehicle loan credit and policy for an NBFC for atleast 5 years
• Hands-on and good inter-personal skills, with an outgoing attitude
• Attention to detail and accuracy



 

It would be nice if you had:

• Preference for small commercial vehicle finance or used heavy commercial vehicle finance
• Experience of setting up loan systems and processes from scratch.
