Senior Software Engineer Location: Mysore, India Work Schedule: 6 days/week, Onsite

The Role We are seeking passionate and skilled Software Engineers with a strong foundation in computer science and hands-on experience in developing scalable applications. As a crucial part of our tech team, you will be at the forefront of building and deploying innovative solutions that drive our AI capabilities. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code. Implement high-performance, scalable microservices for various AI-driven applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (B.E/B.Tech), or a related field. 2 to 5 years of software development experience. Strong proficiency in Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems. Hands-on experience in designing and developing microservices. Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software engineering principles. Familiarity with various design and architectural patterns. Experience with database technologies (SQL or NoSQL). Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think algorithmically. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. Nice to Have Experience with AI/ML technologies is a plus. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Experience in developing cloud-native applications.
