Job description
1. Demonstrates the ability to plan and monitor production base on customer demand include back logs, stocks and forecast planning according to customer schedules.
2. Demonstrates the ability to execute the forging process, sizing process solve problems during the process.
3. Demonstrates the ability of using employee s current skills more effectively to his current or alternate role develop hidden potential needed to improve utilization.
4. Demonstrates the ability of designing system processes that meet the requirement of Quality Management System.
5. Demonstrates the ability to design documents to capture, analyse focus corrective action to achieve the safety norms. Capable of implementing, reviewing the safety processes systems.
6. Demonstrates the ability to design new MIS format, able to interpret trends in MIS reports take preventive measures.
7. Demonstrates the ability to understand the effects of tooling conditions on product quality in his own function.
8. Demonstrate the ability to perform set up activity within stipulated time frame.
9. Understand the working of machine detail can perform basic maintenance under guidance.
