Job Title: Customer Support Executive - Financial Services

Location: Noida, Sector 128

Salary Package

  • For candidates with 1 year of experience in any customer service: 22,000 INR in hand
  • For freshers: 16,000 INR in hand

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls to understand their financial needs.
  • Educate customers about various financial products and services offered by the bank, including loans, credit cards, bank accounts, fixed deposits, etc.
  • Generate leads and effectively convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding product features, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and application processes.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or queries they may have.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
  • Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and transactions using the designated CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to optimize customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and product developments to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service roles, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to compliance with regulatory standards.
