Role Description

Vedantu is currently seeking a full-time Admissions Counselor to join our Hyderabad team. The Admissions Counselor will play a crucial role in helping prospective students navigate the admissions process and enroll in our platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the enrollment process, answering their questions, and providing them with accurate and timely information on our programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in admissions, student recruitment, or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management software
• Understanding of the education industry and familiarity with different teaching methods preferred
• Fluency in English and Telugu required; and other additional regional language proficiency a plus
