Role Description
The Senior Consultant role is a full-time hybrid position located in New Delhi, India. Responsibilities include providing high-quality advisory services to clients across a diverse range of domains. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for strategy formulation, execution, and implementation. Some work from home is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Public Finance Management, including fiscal sustainability assessment of ULBs, tax and revenue management, fiscal planning and budgeting, policy and programme analysis, public administration reforms, mid-term and final evaluation, and monitoring and evaluation.
- Experience in Education and IT enablement, including design, development and hand-holding of systems such as IFMS, web based MIS, IMS
- Knowledge of Development of manual guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures and Inventory management
- Expertise in Climate Change, and Sustainable Economic Development and Private Sector Development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, International Development, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in relevant fields
