Technical skills

Proficiency in Sustainability / ESG Concepts: In-depth understanding of sustainability and ESG principles, with familiarity in key reporting frameworks such as BRSR (including BRSR core), IFRS, GRI Standards, CDP, TCFD, and

TNFD.

Domain Knowledge: Expertise in decarbonization, circularity, resource efficiency, health and safety, human rights concepts, IFC sustainability framework guidelines, and ISO 26000.

Regulatory Landscape Awareness: Knowledgeable in understanding standards and regulations at both national and international levels, specifically related to supply chain regulations, ESG disclosures, sustainable finance, and human rights due diligence requirements and standards.

Possessing knowledge of ESG dynamics specific to the manufacturing and service sectors at a broader industry level.

Proposal and Technical Document Writing: Proven experience in proposal writing, technical documents, and reports. Demonstrates the ability to effectively communicate essential points and complex concepts to diverse

audiences.

Work Responsibilities

Enhance ESG Criteria: Improve ESG criteria for corporate assessments, including those related to value chains.

Develop Technical Documents: Create various technical documents such as questionnaires, protocol documents, guidance documents, and gap reports for the programs.

Create Training Content: Develop comprehensive training content covering sustainability, ESG, human rights, and ESG within value chains.

Coordinate with Vendors: Collaborate with vendors for both existing and new web tools, ensuring alignment with organizations goals in sustainability performance assessment, ESG, and value chains.

Facilitate Client Engagement: Engage with clients by addressing queries, providing timely updates, and managing documentation.

Leverage Corporate Client Engagement Expertise: Utilize corporate client engagement expertise to identify and address issues proactively.

Contribute to Identifying Potential Clients: Actively participate in identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, building compelling business cases, and contributing to a sector-wise marketing strategy approach.

Qualifications Required

2+ years of work experience in sustainable development, corporate sustainability, environment, human rights, ESG, supply chains, sustainable procurement, value chains, or related field

Experience of corporate client engagement

Proficient in utilizing MS office and statistical software.

Post Graduate degree in Business Management/ Finance/ Environment/

Sustainable Development from a reputed institution.

Any certificate course on sustainability assessment, value chains management, ESG will be an added advantage.

CTC on offer: 10-12 Lacs per annum
