Job description
Experience in Hydro Sector in Planning Department.
Should have knowledge about Project Planning and resourcing, Cost Control, Budgeting and Rate Analysis.
Job responsibilities will include
a) Overseeing the planning of the project, ensuring that timelines, budgets and resources are effectively managed
b) Develop and manage budgets, allocate resources and monitor cash flows
c) Rate analysis for extra, variation items based on actual inputs at site/existing norms and guidelines
d)Using data and analysis to make accurate prediction and forecasting, define and track key performance indicators to measure project progress and providing critical inputs to project manager
e) Co-ordination with Head office for approvals, finalization of vendors and sub-contractors, reporting to higher management
Billing:
Experience in Hydro Sector in Planning Department.
Should have basic knowledge of Rate Analysis
Should have knowledge of EIP/SAP
Job description of Client Billing system will include
a) Prepare and send accurate and timely invoices to clients based on the contractual terms and conditions along with all backup joint measurements sheets
b) Maintain record of change orders, Variation and Extra items at site
c)Monitor and track payments from clients ensuring they are received on tim and reconciled with outstanding invoices
d) Updating in EIP system
