Salary: 10K k per month + 5K Incentive

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive located in Varanasi. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing accounts. The role will involve a mix of field sales as well as tele-sales. While the role is located in Varanasi, we offer flexibility for some WFH.

Qualifications

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Strong understanding of Business and Business Development principles
• Excellent Communication skills
• Account Management skills
• Data collection
• Cold Calling
• Proven sales experience in an B2B environment
• Ability to work independently, and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills
• Experience in market research and analysis is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
