Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Brand Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing the brand strategies and initiatives for Satvam Nutrifoods Limited. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles and a passion for building and promoting brands. The Brand Manager will play a key role in driving brand awareness, increasing market share, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in brand management or marketing roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in market research and analysis
- Experience in the food industry is a plus
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools
- FMCG Background Preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to support business objectives
- Manage and oversee all aspects of brand marketing, including product positioning, advertising, and promotional activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns that drive brand growth and engagement
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand expansion
- Monitor and manage brand performance, including tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and conducting market research
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels, including digital platforms, social media, and offline materials
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to optimize brand exposure and impact
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in brand management
- Collaborate with sales and distribution teams to align brand strategies with sales objectives
- Provide brand training and guidance to internal teams to ensure brand understanding and alignment
