Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the co-creation journey of education change programs with partners and Govt. officials.
- Build strategic partnerships consisting of various organizations and stakeholders.
- Review existing structures and processes, and implement improvement projects.
- Assess and analyze existing government projects and devise plans to strengthen them.
- Support program solutions & design teams and establish effective Monitoring and Evaluation processes.
- Articulate program objectives and theories of change and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Functional details:
Eligibility:
Strong alignment with the cause of reforming Govt. education system.
Minimum 5 years of work experience, preferably in working with Govt. stakeholders or in the education sector.
Awareness of state-level initiatives towards education transformation in different parts of India.
Experience in classroom teaching, delivering educational programs with BRC, DIETs, SCERT, SPD office is preferred.
Experience in leading teams to achieve ambitious outcomes.
