Key Responsibilities:
1. Key Account Management (KAM): - Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their business needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. - Develop and execute account plans to maximize client satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of recruitment services. 3. Consultative Recruitment: - Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Provide expert advice on career development and market trends to both candidates and clients. - Facilitate the matching process, ensuring the best fit between candidates and job opportunitiesWho We Want:
