Aidetic is a 5 year old 65 people strong AI/ML Consulting firm working with 50 clients globally and 200 successful AI/ML projects in its portfolio. Led by a team of 4 IITian cofounders we also have an exclusive advisory board of veterans who are exApple exGoogle and exDatabricks. Aidetic has been doing AI before it was cool and has a very strong foundation to grow fast and become a market leader in the AI/ML consulting space over this decade!
About the role :
We re hiring Sales professionals to experience a journey at Aidetic. If you have an interest in building relationships with potential customers and driving towards closing it then it s a great opportunity waiting for you!

Responsibilities :
- You have an opportunity to learn about the sales process customized AI&ML solutions.
- Research and contact potential industries and target for new prospects.
- Prospects to be reached out per month via email at least 2000 using tools like outplay instantly mailshake.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to undergo a 6month shadowing program to gain comprehensive insights into the nuances of inside sales within the IT service industry.
- Abled to contribute to the development of a robust sales pipeline by identifying and nurturing potential leads.
- Create presentations and share the numbers on lead generation initiative with the founders once in a month.
- Well versed in research techniques content writing for increasing the open rate of emails.
- Interested to grow further knowledge and understanding of sales techniques in the IT services sector including campaign execution cold calling and managing the toplevel sales funnel.
- Learn and have tool proficiency like using LUSHA Outreach etc. to ensure effective utilization for sales activities.
- Must have understanding in technology strong grip of communication skills both written and verbal to ensure it can articulate complex technology solutions in a lease and compelling manner.
Incentive TargetBased
- Expected Open rate : 7075% on monthly basis
- Expected Reply rate (leads generated) : at least 2% on quarterly basis
- Expected meetings landed : 2025 per month
