Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Specialist Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) Specialist to join our team. As an AI/ML Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, gather and preprocess data, train and evaluate models, and deploy AI/ML solutions. Responsibilities: - Develop, implement, and optimize AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications - Gather, preprocess, and analyze data to ensure its quality, relevance, and suitability for AI/ML tasks - Design and implement data pipelines and workflows for data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering - Train, evaluate, and fine-tune AI/ML models using appropriate techniques and frameworks - Conduct thorough experiments and evaluations to measure and improve the performance of AI/ML models - Collaborate with software engineers to deploy AI/ML solutions into production environments - Monitor and maintain deployed AI/ML models, and troubleshoot any issues or performance degradation - Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML research, techniques, and tools, and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the AI/ML team Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML development or a related field - Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn - Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML, such as Python or R - Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization techniques - Familiarity with deep learning architectures, such as convolutional neural networks (CNNs) or recurrent neural networks (RNNs) - Knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design principles for evaluating AI/ML models - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and address complex business problems using AI/ML techniques - Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and accuracy - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to work effectively in a team environment - Advanced degree in computer science, data science, or a related field is preferred, but not required Note: We need immediate joiners or who can join within 15 days.Job tags
