Job description
Develop and implement the fund s investment strategy, ensuring alignment with the fund s objectives and risk appetite.
Enable healthy deal pipeline, conduct comprehensive research and due diligence on potential investment opportunities, analyse their financial viability, and potential risks.
Generate leads by networking with International Property Consultants (IPCs), financial institutions, brokers, promoters etc.
Monitor portfolio performance, and improve investment performance.
Preparation of excel models for credit evaluation and underwriting Preparation of various internal & external notes including IM, CC Notes etc.
Enable fund raise / sales team in developing marketing collaterals, responding to fund investor queries, etc.
Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
MBA / CFA (USA) / CA or equivalent education, and work experience in real estate focused business or credit role
Excellent business relationships across the real estate ecosystem
Minimum of 10 years of real estate sector experience
Ability to work effectively as a team player with strong analytical skills
Solution Driven individual with a positive Frame of mind
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, output-driven environment
Extremely high self-drive & entrepreneurship mindset
