JOB SCOPE

Role : Associate QA

To ensure the food safety systems & quality programs, policies, procedures, processes that is designed, necessary to ensure safe & quality food products.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring and programming critical control points (CCP).
• Responsible for monitoring and product food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Responsible for performing sanitation verification and allergen testing on equipment and other areas required.
• Collect product samples for production hall,
• Perform inspections on Products, Equipment and Machinery.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Educational qualifications: B. Sc(Chemistry), M.Sc (Chemistry)
• Experience : 1-3 years exp
• Usage of SOPs, Specifications and STP for Raw Material, and Packing Material.
• Monthly Quality MIS reporting
• Monitor quality of primary & secondary packaging
• Competitor Samples Microbiological Analysis
• Liaison activities with production in maintaining hygiene in view of contamination
• Microbial testing of all incoming raw materials wherever applicable
