Job Position : Sales coordinator
Experience : 2+ Years
Office Time : 10 AM - 7 PM
Working days : 6 (Alternate Saturday off)
Job Location : cyber city, Gurgaon
Job Summary The Sales Coordinator provides sales support to the department as well as administrative support to the Sales department through a variety of related responsibilities. The position requires an ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines, good judgment, dependable and a professional, supportive attitude.
Requirement & Skills - Strong Skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills & great attitude
- Ability to work in Fast Paced Environment
- Team Oriented, Professional Appearance & demeanour
- Strong Organizational Skills & Project Management skills
- Excellent Communication , both written & verbal skills required
- Preferred from Real Estate or Hospitality Background
- Open to Travel to Hyderabad & Bangalore or other site Locations
Responsibilities & Duties - Should be able to work on salesforce and maintain the sales data
- Prepare the salesforce Report on weekly basis & when required
- Co-ordinating with internal teams i.e. , design , projects , finance , operations, IT , marketing for different projects
- Prepare the Data of the existing & new clients
- Communicate & and interact with client in helping sales team post closure of the contract .
- Able to capture & close the exact requirement of the client
- Able to coordinate with the legal team on the sales contract
- Site visits for the clients to be done at different centres.
- Should send the Design Layouts , Commercial proposals & other communication to the client.
- Should be able to handle multiple projects
- Should have Client handling experience.
- Will work on all the projects Pan India
- Should Prepare the Department Reports on Weekly basis to be presented to Management.
