Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer at TechSharp Hydraulic Solutions Pvt Ltd located in Navi Mumbai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities within the mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic equipment market. The Sales Engineer will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions while continuously building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, or hydraulic equipment market Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mentality Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to develop creative and effective solutions for customers Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations when requiredJob tags
