We are seeking Digital Marketing Specialists who are dedicated to provide top-notch assistance and ensuring our clients' satisfaction in their digital marketing endeavors.

Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Requirement-

1 Year+ Experience: Proficient in Ads Platforms (SEM/SEO), Campaign Management for Premium Clients, and Digital Marketing & Advertising. Experience in budgeting for Ads for clients is a must.
Excellent Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Analytical Prowess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required for effective campaign management.
Tool Proficiency: Experience with DV360, Campaign Management, Google Ads, and other tools utilized for Digital Marketing and Ad Words Management.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing timely and effective support related to digital marketing products or services.
Assist clients in navigating digital marketing tools, platforms, and software, offering guidance on usage and troubleshooting technical issues.
Document and track customer inquiries, issues, and resolutions in a CRM system to ensure comprehensive support and follow-up.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Contribute to the creation of support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for clients.
Eligibility:

Graduate in any stream with proper documentation
1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
Strong familiarity with digital marketing tools, SEO, SMM, etc.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to empathize with clients, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions.
Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working in a 24*7 environment with rotational offs and shifts

Additional Skills -

Customer Support: Chat and email support, troubleshooting abilities for client interactions.
Account Management: Proficiency in ticket and transactional account management for client accounts.
Technical Acumen: Prior experience in technical support and troubleshooting is a plus.
