Job description

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Assistant Manager Operations for the   reputed company   in Ed-tech Industry in Kolkata .

Operations :

1. Manage all regulatory requirements such as BIS and ISI among others 
2. Maintain all documentation with vendors such as NDA, Work Orders, POs
3. Assist internal teams such as content, illustrations, and design
4. Listing & cataloging of products on websites, and marketplaces such as Amazon 
5. Managing orders, returns & customer queries
6. Work with various partners such as stores, marketing agencies 
7. Managing all partners and vendors

Vendor Management :

1. Work with the design team to understand requirements for toy design 
2. Find new vendors based on business requirements 
3. Co-ordinate with vendors and suppliers 
4. Meet vendors and perform quality checks 
5. Co-ordinate deliverables and payments with vendors
