Perform number of highly important roles - responsible for research, planning and implementing new
programs and protocols
New product development and smooth transfer of technical know-how to other user departments of
innovations.
Up gradation of running products
Cost reduction
Improvements in plant operations
Competitor product analysis and development of equivalent products
Business development of running products and new products
Good coordination with all departments of plant and marketing
Addressing quality problems during product manufacture
Attending customer complaints
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s or Masters in Chemical Engineering or Polymer Technology
Master’s or PhD in Organic Chemistry or Polymer Chemistry
Minimum 10 years experience in Synthetic Resin industry
Excellent communication and administrative skills
Good knowledge in product analysis and analytical techniques
R & D,B.Sc/M.Sc/Diploma Chemical
