Job requirements:
3+ years of experience leading community programs or similar programming initiatives.
Community Management (work with content/post content), Marketing background in Campaign Management (manage end-to-end campaign), Networking events, Stakeholder Management, Communication skills.
Strong project management skills
Strong design and creative skills, developing concepts, program frameworks and experiences for internal + external audiences
Fluent in written and spoken English and/or in another language
High ability to navigate in a complex international environment and evaluate international risks, including local nuances Superior organizational skills and a relentless attention to detail
Expert in project management and XFN workflows with a strong sense for optimization and efficiency supported by documented and precise guidelines
Strong instinct to anticipate, identify and solve potential problems and roadblocks
Strong Data analytics skills
Proven experience in coordinating a launch of community programs
Proven experience in coordinating international projects at scale
Proven experience in tracking and analyzing data reports
