Job description

- Develop Learning Strategy: Identify emerging trends and best practices in educational technology,
pedagogy, and instructional design to enhance the learning experiences. Envision and design
learning content and services strategy for specific categories of learning products, while keeping
the target learner in focus. Manage the balance between design-superiority and pragmatic
implementation-constraints.
- Learning Design and Innovation: Research and recommend effective teaching and learning
technologies and learning interventions for specific learning products. Drive the development and
implementation of innovative learning experiences powered by the efficient and optimum Learning
Content and Services Models
- Learning Technology Integration: Leverage learning technologies that enhance engagement and personalization, including but not limited to adaptive learning, microlearning, stackable-credentialing, gamification etc. Stay updated on the latest learning tools, platforms, services to understand & use their potential. Specifically focus on AI based tools for bringing production
efficiency and agility in design and development. Be responsible for deployment of solutions for such distinctive learning experiences.
- Content & Services Project Management: Lead the development of digital learning materials and
experiences in collaboration with relevant role holders, while aligning with established models and
standards, meeting the needs of targeted learners, and incorporating effective pedagogical
techniques.
- Learning Analytics: Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning
initiatives. Utilize data analytics to assess learner performance, identify areas for improvement, and
make data-driven decisions to optimize learning outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture that promotes creativity,
continuous learning, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with stakeholders, to ensure effective integration of
learning strategies and initiatives. Engage with partners and industry experts to incorporate their
insights and expertise into the learning approach. Select and onboard vendors for various
initiatives.
Requirements - Education level: Graduate or Post-graduate
- Experience: Must have at least 10 years of work experience as a Learning and Innovation Specialist,
preferably including in leadership roles in EdTech firms
- Well-versed with advancement in Learning Technology, Instructional design models, and the theory
of learning
- Abreast with various AI tools and services redefining the field of learning content, services and
experiences, in addition to multiple eLearning tools being used e.g., Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe
Captivate, Vyond etc

- Knowledge of and experience in delivering edtech powered learning projects
