Job description
To handle HNI Luxury clientele. To Conceptualization and implement strategies to increase customer footfall and enhance customer buying experience. Based on the Management Directive, to work out a Sales Plan (Project Phasing and Pricing). Planning and providing inputs pertaining to sales performance, manpower requirement, market competition and sales projections. Building sales capability and to set work objectives for team members. Regular reviews of tasks completed by team members and conduct regular reviews meeting of team performances. Creating and recommending sales strategy for the achievement of assigned sales targets. Meeting & Driving the Channel Partners to generate leads and Walkins at site. Facilitating entire walk through of the property and addressing queries, if any. Training of luxury sales team on a regular basis and managing entire upkeep of the site. Adhering to project timelines and complying with company defined guidelines and processes. Participating in negotiation & bringing deals to closure.
