Reporting
Role Objective
Settingup & scaling new/chosen business in Manufacturing/Distribution domain for staying on top of industry trends by finding and prioritizing opportunities based on size internal capabilities etc.
Owning & growing the category P&L by going deep and understanding where opportunities are and consequently creating viable business plans to service the opportunities.
Role Responsibilities
Market analysis to evaluate new categories and Go to Market strategy
Assess competitive offerings and develop unique value propositions
Strategize and execute 0 to 1 journey of new business with P&L responsibility
Create Organization Blueprint and set up required team
Should be able to work on complex deals with multiple stakeholders involved
Develop operations blueprint and act as the SPOC to liaise with various stakeholders to create & fulfill demand.
Onboard customers nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts

Work Experience
(a) 8 years of postMBA experience in Consulting/EIR roles in Manufacturing domain
(b) Prior exp in any 0 to 1 journey of businesses
Knowledge/Skills
(a) Self driven. Should love operating in ambiguity and setting up things from scratch
(b) Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
(c) Ability to succeed in a fastpaced rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of operational rigor and business excellence.
