- Min 2 years designing and managing multiple OnPrem Exchange and O365 Mail service (Mandatory) for a large geographically dispersed enterprise (minimum 5000 users).
- Exchange Certification (O365)
- Good knowledge on Onprem to O365 migrations planning and executions
- O365 Users and Group Creation and permission management
- Good knowledge on Mail Routing Concepts
- Experience with configuring different set of Mail Policy as per compliance and audit requirements.
- Experience with PowerShell and Scripting
- Good Administration Knowledge on MS SharePoint TEAMS Onedrive and other O365 tools.
- Effective handling of O365 Compliance Requirements (Such AV Antispam Protection Threat Management DLP Monitoring eDiscovery & Hold.)
- Good knowledge on ADfunctional level
- Good troubleshooting knowledge
- Experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration to include Server 2012 and 2016/19 operating systems.
- Experience using a ticket management system for work prioritization and daily workload management.
- Coordinating with different lines of services with SLA. Creating and updating of technical documentation.
- 3rd party vendor coordination for visit and troubleshooting
- Incident Management & Escalation Ticket Status Check and Update.
- Change Management Change Raising to facilitate incident resolution & Problem resolution.
- Problem Management & RCA Responsible for preparing RCA document for Severity 1 & Severity 2 calls
- Flexible to work on shifts and Very good communication skills
