Job Title : IT country Manager - OperationAreas of Responsibility :- Single Point of It Infra and Application IT contact for all stakeholders in the assigned region/location/country- Manages day to day IT operation.- Manages and owns the support process in collaboration with global support teams including external provider.- Complete and Co/implement a configuration workbook for new system rollouts- Responsible for internal/ external application audits for assigned region/country.- Manages and lead the functional/technical changes in business applications.- Participate and lead the regional IT engagement with business operations- Manage/Lead/Participate in internal and Business projects as required.- Responsible for local country/regional compliance and audit on ITDesired Skills and Experience, Skill Set :- Bachelor's degree in computer/electronics /Software Engineering/MCA/MBA IT or equivalent preferred- 10-15 years of experience in IT industry or IT Dept in service management organization.- 7-10 years of experience in Managing IT infra and applications in the Mission Critical Production environment- Experienced in working with third party vendors for IT infra/application and Support.- Has progressed from Infra and application support to Project Management or IT Operation- Stakeholder managementSoft Skills :- Ability to multi-task- Good communication skills- Good problem solving skills- Delivery oriented (ref:hirist.tech)
