Job Description Summary: About Team and Position Summary: The International Markets team contributes to key global eCommerce sites Walmart Canada, Walmart Mexico and Walmart Africa. We work on technologies that intersect a wide variety of business models for grocery, general merchandise, and the warehouse format. Our focus is to build a continuous, seamless, omni-channel customer experience across physical stores, eCommerce, and mobile commerce, that is unique to Walmart and sets us apart from our competition. About Team: Our team collaborates with Walmart International, which has over 5,900 retail units operating outside of the United States under 55 banners in 26 countries including Africa, Argentina, Canada, Central America, Chile, China, India, Japan, and Mexico, to name a few.

What you'll do: Manage a team of Technical Services (Command Center Engineers) Support focused on the Retail domain. Work with Engineering and Product Teams and help define business processes and OE and EE Support the team in delivery to ensure adherence to quality and scheduling goals Lead the Ops team to ensure the service delivery, Operations SLAs, Automations enhancement velocity and implementation of the Services and products on SAP Infrastructure (Basis) and SAP PI/PO Landscape. Identify, Improve and optimize opportunities to improve overall service delivery. Ensure the hiring of the right talent and build a high performing team. Ensure compliance with security practices/guidelines, and relevant technology standards Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Provides mentoring and development opportunities for associates. Manage the stakeholders, understand their needs and manage escalations. Support team and stakeholders to build the product mindset.

What you'll bring: B.E./B.Tech/M.S./M.Tech/MBA from a tier 1 institution with around 10-15 years of experience in SAP support. 10+ years of experience in SAP Finance. 3+ Years in Support teams 5+ years’ experience in managing high performance teams in a product development Ops organization 12-15 years of domain/technical experience of SAP / Retail. Knowledge omni channel retail would be an added advantage. Experience working with global teams You will coordinate and take the role of a Senior Management position leading SAP support teams and also be mentor to other Managers. You will contribute to the success of the Operations by applying knowledge of SAP Operations in Retail / Finance / Infrastructure / Basis / Integration. You will coordinate functional requirement gathering and designing activities across multiple teams, Information Technology Groups and business stakeholders to collaboratively develop effective solutions. You will work closely with a team of developers and play a major role in the overall delivery of the assigned custom interfaces, objects.
