Job description
The Branding Coordinator reports to and supports the Brand Manager to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and effectively. This role oversees development of ongoing advertising materials (print and digital)

Responsibilities
- Have a full understanding of all projects being worked on in order to properly manage resources and timelines, such as branding materials for store, office, workshops, partnership events, shoots etc.
- Support Brand Manager on projects including events, website design, collateral, marketing campaigns, email marketing, content development, etc.
- Support creative team in coordinating details around shoots i.e. coordinating shoot times at locations, on-site support day-of, etc.
- Daily/weekly communication between vendors to ensure proper execution of all orders and development samples
- Maintain and follow up on timely tasks and action calendar for production
