Key Responsibilities - Conduct research to develop new ceramic materials and products
- Design and test ceramic components and structures
- Optimize manufacturing processes for ceramic products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop ceramic solutions
- Monitor and improve ceramic production processes
- Implement quality control measures for ceramic products
- Perform failure analysis and troubleshooting of ceramic materials
- Manage projects related to ceramic material development
- Provide technical support for ceramic manufacturing operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in ceramic engineering
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Ceramic Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- Proven experience in ceramic material development and characterization
- Strong knowledge of ceramic processing techniques and technologies
- Experience in quality control and testing of ceramic materials
- Excellent understanding of engineering principles and mechanical properties of ceramics
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Project management skills and experience in leading ceramic projects
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and presentation skills
