Job description
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Executives at our Gachibowli office in Hyderabad. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and freshers to kickstart their career in sales.

Salary: Up to 6 LPA (50K per month fixed) plus incentives
Shift Timings: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Night Shift) Working Days: 6 days a week
Requirements:
1. Experience & Freshers are welcome to apply, and individuals with up to 5 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role will also be considered.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships.
3. Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals and achieve sales targets.
4. Self-motivated and target-driven with a focus on results and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
5. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. 6.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
7.Any graduate can apply.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
2. Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM software, track leads, follow up on opportunities, and ensure timely closure of sales.
3. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through prospecting, and conversion activities.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, customer support, and product teams to align sales strategies, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue growth.
5. Continuously update knowledge of the industry, competitors, and market trends to effectively position our products and services.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
