Job Title:
Accountant Company: Freshiouz Foods Location: Bangalore Min Exp req : -2-3 yrs CTC: 2.5 to 3 Lakhs per annum Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software, primarily Tally. - Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely invoicing, payments, and collections. - Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial reports to support decision-making processes. - Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including petty cash management and expense reimbursements. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations. - Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations. - Conduct periodic audits and financial analysis to identify areas for process improvement and cost optimization. - Stay updated on the latest accounting standards, regulations, and best practices, and implement them as required. - Support senior management in ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. - Proficiency in Tally ERP software is a must. - Strong command of accounting principles, practices, and procedures. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in Hindi, English, and Kannada languages. - Knowledge of the latest accounting tools and software. - Demonstrated drive for process management and continuous improvement.
