QUALIFICATION : Minimum Graduate
COMPUTER PROFICIENCY : Must be well conversant with Microsoft Office, Excel, Email, MIS
Any Service industry like Furniture, Health care, and Technology industries
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE : Service Executive with experience of retail call handling in furniture /equivalent industry
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY : Bengali, Hindi, English (Very good communication skill)
KEY PERFORMANCE AREA : Customer service support
· Customer escalation management
· Service Revenue generation
· technician allotment and taking service report
· product feedback
· knowledge on Inventory management
· Checking quality of assembly

TRAVELLING : Sometimes if required (travelling cost will be paid separate)
