Job Description
We're on the hunt for a SaaS product marketer who is willing to learn new products, deep dive into the industry and can talk comfortably in the language of the customers. S/he should be able to demonstrate success in working with emerging products and driving product awareness and demand generation across the funnel. You'll be owning all initiative and deliverables towards translating the product features and its customer benefits into clear value propositions via effective product messaging and communication.
Responsibilities
- Market, customer, and competitive analysis - Be the authority on the customer, the industry trends, and the other industry players. Build a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape that can be easily communicated and shared with internal stakeholders
- Product messaging – Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and prospective buyers. Be able to deep dive into the buyer persona and ICP through various stages of the buying process.
- Sales enablement – Craft region-agnostic high-value sales tools, training, and collateral in forms of Ebooks, Guides, Case Studies to educate the buyers and eventually accelerate the deal velocity across the funnel
- Demand generation – Develop and implement strategies to drive product awareness and demand across target geographies and segments
- Content Development – Conceptualize and craft educational product and solution content for a variety of platforms and establish Hatica's thought leadership while working closely with the content team
- Skills
- 1-3 years of Product Marketing experience in SaaS, preferably some experience in those selling to the engineering teams and CTO org.
- Experience with content marketing for technical products
- Experience building and running demand-gen initiatives and teams
