Role Description
This is a full-time, in-person Chief Operating Officer (CTC UPTO 40 LPA) role located in Mumbai. As the Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure organizational efficiency, growth, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Managing Director and other executive leaders to develop and implement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Create a robust governance strategy in line with DBIL risk appetite and growth ambition – Monitor, and ensure compliance to DBIL Policy Standards and Guide
- Work closely with the business managers and credit risk, collections to ensure the timely creation of the annual budgets ( Expense budget, Headcount, Provisioning, etc) and close tracking of the same through periodic reviews.
- Create a robust Business intelligence, MIS, and reporting structure that allows for close monitoring of the asset business and helps in making both tactical and strategic decisions.
- Liaise with various partners like L&C, Audit, Technology, Operations, and Finance as required for the smooth functioning of the Consumer Credit Unit.

- Excellent business planning and operations management skills
- Strong analytical skills to identify key performance indicators and develop strategies for improvement
- Financial and budgeting skills to manage financial performance and ensure the company's financial health
- Proactive, innovative, and customer-focused with strong leadership and management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field
- Prior experience in senior management roles or similar positions with a successful track record of driving growth and revenue for the company
- Experience in the recruitment or employment industry is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage a large team, coordinate cross-functional teams, and effectively manage multiple projects at once
