POSITION TITLE:

Consultant / Senior Consultant – Fraud and Revenue Intelligence Lead

Sector – Government

POSITION REPORTS TO:

Practice Lead – Fraud and Security Intelligence

DEPARTMENT:

Customer Advisory (Presales)

    

Roles and responsibility

 

Generate New Business

· Demand generation by following leads diligently and ensuring adequate coverage of the territory.

· Conducts requirements discovery workshop. Work with department/ business user requirements analysis to map customer needs to software capabilities.

· Develops formal proposals and conducts demonstrations and presentations to state and central government customers and prospects.

· Undertakes tasks requiring technical analysis, diagnosis and problem solving to qualify the product/solution fit and define support needs.

Grow Domain Knowledge

· Research SAS solutions and those of competitors.

· Engage industry solution experts to gain knowledge of the industry trend and enhance the solution use cases.

· Enable and collaborate with sales specialist to pursue the lead with value driven conversation.

· Build business case for the industry and design approach to quantify the benefits and value of the software investments.

· Participate in internal training opportunities to maintain an in-depth knowledge of products/ solutions to fulfil customer needs.

Knowledge Sharing

· Provide enable presentations to sales and alliance partners on SAS products, customer perceptions and opportunities.

· Collaborate with other team members on cross domain enablement and technical skills based on requirements

Build Internal and External Relationships

· Establishes strong multilevel client/alliances with existing and potential clients especially with business owners and users.

· Speaking about technical topics in marketing events and customer forums

· Promote good internal and external communication.

 

     

 

 

REQUIRED SKILLS and KNOWLEDGE

 

Relevant qualification MBA or CA or CS or ICWAI or equivalent master

Certification like FRM, ACFCS, ACAMS will be preferred.

Overall Analytics experience of 8 to 15 years with minimum 2-4 years of business development experience.

Seasoned Fraud and Revenue Intelligence presales profile with experience on Fraud analytics, Revenue Intelligence, Continuous Monitoring

A strong government customer-interfacing profile with excellent understanding of the subject is also good.

 

A strong Customer interfacing profile would be.
