Support in releasing information handling inquiries and meetings providing feedback to management and crisis management
Prepare investor presentation quarterly/annual results sector themes and competitive landscape
Developing IR framework preparing FAQs for quarterly earning call and road shows. Providing response to queries by analysts/investors
Investor Communication via conferences and oneonone meetings
Understanding of Investor concerns tracking progress on mitigation actions ensuring consistent realistic communication with market participants
Help in maintaining relationship with institutional investors
Help in engaging with Analysts tracking and analyzing their ratings and expectations along with that of peer companies
Continuous analysis of change in shareholding pattern to have focused investor targeting
Update top management through various MIS or major movements in stock prices shareholding.
Competition Analysis: Performing comprehensive analysis on market trends competitors behaviour and strategy. Presenting key insights and competition benchmarking to management periodically.
Role involves developing an in depth understanding of business models generating insights through research or due diligence and evaluating viability scalability & sustainability
