Associate Specialist, Procurement
About The Role The successful candidate will become a part of the buying team within the Chennai Transactional Hub. This is a great opportunity to gain experience procuring a wide range of goods and services across a wide range of locations.
KBR uses both bespoke and commercial off the shelf (COTS) systems, including but not limited to:
- SAP
- Deltek Costpoint
- KBRSupplier (KBR's in-house supplier management/tendering tool)
- SharePoint
- OnBase
Qualifications Qualification Essential Desirable Bachelor's degree

Basic knowledge of contracts is essential
Specific Skills This Role Requires Ability to receive and understand business user queries, analyse and resolve.
An understanding of Supply Chain P2P and ERP systems and activities (such as requisitions, purchase orders etc.) in a project environment.
Core Responsibilities & Duties Processing of Requisitions in Costpoint into Purchase orders.
Processing of Shopping Carts in SAP into Service Orders.
Procurement of Corporate services for example IT Services/Real Estate Services/Utilities,Non- IT (Office Equipment, Furniture, Fitting & Fixtures) Contract (Software license, Building, Facility insurance), etc.
Knowledge of basic terms and conditions.
PR to PO process
Query Management
Support in invoice resolution.
