An automation architect is typically a member of an IT team that is responsible for aligning automation processes, tools, and strategies with business goals. Automation architects work with department heads, stakeholders, and IT teams to enforce best practices, standardize compliance, and optimize automated processes.
Responsibilities:
3+ years experience working with Scripting languages Powershell, Python and Bash/Shell Scripting.
3+ years experience on orchestrator tool - Ansible, vRO, MsScorch etc.
Virtualization experience (VMware, Openstack)
Cloud Automation (AWS, AZURE, GCP etc) experience
Knowledge of source code and revision control systems, along with CI/CD tools like Git and Jenkins
Experience working with large distributed systems.
Architect, Design, Implement, and maintain continuous build and deployment delivery mechanisms, leveraging innovative solutions and automation.
Work across organizational boundaries to deliver quality products.
Establish and shepherd application/domain specific architecture.
Architect complex systems and logical subcomponents
Produce quality code that is efficient, secure, supportable, and consistent.
Assess emerging technologies, making requirement-based recommendations.
Partner with other architects to ensure solutions fit enterprise standards.
10+ years experience in IT/Engineering
Education Qualification: BE/ B.TECH/ B.Sc./ M.Sc./ MS/ M.Tech in CS or IT
