Job Title: Appointment Setter

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time, On-site

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential clients interested in & Clients products and services.

- Utilize various lead generation methods such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement to generate interest and book appointments for the sales team.

2. Appointment Scheduling:

- Engage with prospects over the phone, email, or other communication channels to introduce Brandsemis offerings and schedule appointments for sales meetings or product demonstrations.

- Clearly communicate the value proposition and benefits of Brandsemis solutions, addressing prospects questions or concerns.

3. Follow-Up and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions, appointment details, and outcomes in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing of leads through the sales pipeline.

- Coordinate with the sales team to provide necessary information and context for scheduled appointments, ensuring a smooth handover and maximizing the likelihood of conversion.

4. Performance Tracking

- Track key performance metrics such as call volume, appointment conversion rates, and lead quality to measure the effectiveness of appointment-setting efforts.

- Provide regular reports and updates to management on appointment-setting activities and results, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.

Requirements

Qualifications:

-1-3 Yrs experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales support roles is preferred but not required.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions and engage prospects effectively.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets and driving business outcomes.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales and marketing tools is a plus.

Work Environment:

Salary: 2.5 - 3.5 L (Fixed) Variable (1.5L)
