Job description
Overall Procurement & Inputs and farmer welfare activities.
Identification of new milk shade areas and establishing / creating chilling units in the region.
Responsible for day to day Operations of CC MCU and BMCU and creating HPCs and MCCs by formatting milk routes within the specified region as per HFL SOPs.
Responsible for implementing HFWA activities and facilitate financial assistance to the farmers through Banks & NBFCs to grounding milch animals.
Promote good feeding practices through by promoting HNL products.
Responsible for periodical MIS reports and adhere to Statutory Audits ISO & PEC compliances.
Liaison with statutory government local authorities for necessary approvals and ensure to maintain records.
