Job description

We are actively looking for RAN Tech Support Engineers [Level-2 & Level-3] having expertise on :

I. 4G & 5G [SA/NSA] protocol layer-wise message flow as per 3GPP specifications & features in traditional, virtual and Open RAN Network Architecture.

II. Hands-on experience of troubleshooting hardware faults [RU/vDU/vCU] & software crashes at protocol layers [SDAP/PDCP/RRC/RLC/MAC].

III. Troubleshooting of Call Processing Logs, MAC Logs, Modem Logs & Solid understanding of DSP Parameters.

IV. Troubleshooting Cell level performance degradation [e.g. LTE/NR Throughput, Accessibility (RRC, DRB), Retainability (DCR) & Mobility degradation] recommend to improve/fix performance issues.
