Role Description As UD BA Finance Solution Leader in 'Digital Solutions and IT Office', your mission is to manage tactical development of IT Finance Solution in support of Strategic Objectives, Process & IT's Long-Term Plan, drive digitalization journey as well as business demands from the
business and Process Owners/Managers in UD BA Finance. You would have Solution Leader reposbility of mostly in SAP FICO,FSCM,MM, SD and broadly VIM and PP.In all of what you do, it will always be in close collaboration with colleagues and decision makers across the UDT organization.
Responsibilities - Responsible for the design, build and implementation of complex SAP Finance solutions from an application and business process standpoint.
- Partner with key stakeholders to transform business processes to improve key performance indicators (KPI).
- Responsible for building a multi-year roadmap while respecting Functional architecture standards.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
- Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements including the facilitation of workshops to collect business requirements.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
- Meeting legal and regulatory requirements.
- Achieving the information needs of current or future stakeholders.
- Supporting senior-level decision making by ensuring timely and consistent communication to stakeholders on progress, changes, and impact on portfolio components.
- Functional and technical Team management.
- Participating in program and project reviews to reflect senior-level support, leadership, and involvement in key decisions.
- Report delivery status to customers and develop required delivery documentations.

Requirements You would ideally have the following:
- At least 15 years' experience in SAP environment
- At least of them 10 years' experience in consulting
- Involvement in at least 3 end-to-end cycles of SAP FICO with S/4HANA in system configuration and implementation projects in consulting environment involving, FICO, FSCM, MM SD and PP modules.
- Good working knowledge AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets, Leased Assets, Cost accounting, Banking.
- Good understanding of process interfaces to other processes and solutions with non-SAP application in O2C, P2P and R2R area
- Proven knowledge of finance service process, IFRS and best practices in the industry
- Proven experience in Process and IT / Project/ Change Management
- Basic understanding of ABAP and PI is necessary.
- SAP certification in FI, CO, VIM at proficiency level is a add on.
- Exposure to Japanese working culture and organization is welcome.
