Job description

Job Purpose:

The State Head for West Bengal plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion within the assigned territory. Responsible for increasing and stabilizing market presence year on year (YOY) in alignment with the business plan, the State Head will implement strategies to enhance revenue and execute business expansion plans effectively. Key Responsibilities: Achieve Planned Business Revenue: Ensure the achievement of planned business revenue targets as per the yearly business plan. Budget Utilization: Effectively utilize allocated budgets in accordance with the business plan. Sales Forecasting: Initiate and manage sales forecasting for products, brands, and SKUs. Increase Ghadi Cake and Powder Business Volume: Drive year-on-year increases in Ghadi cake and powder business volumes. Market Coverage: Implement strategies to achieve planned market coverage targets. New Market Development: Identify, develop, and stabilize new markets as per the business plan. Distributor Management: Convert and upscale distributors, increasing investment percentages at the distributor level. Attrition Rate Management: Maintain attrition rates month on month (MOM) and YOY. Claim Management: Ensure timely submission and clearance of distributor/business partner claims. Customer Satisfaction: Handle market complaints, grievances, and maintain customer satisfaction levels. Manpower Utilization: Optimize existing manpower against approved levels. Training and Development: Plan and monitor training sessions for the sales force. Productivity and Call Management: Manage productive calls and handle product mix effectively. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory forecasts vs actuals MOM & YOY. Marketing Input Utilization: Efficiently utilize marketing inputs to drive sales.

Candidate must have -

North and south Bengal expereince Both. Candidate Must speak -

Hindi , Bengali and English

Candidates must have a stable employment history. Those who have demonstrated commitment and longevity with one company are preferred. We discourage frequent job changers or individuals with a history of short tenures.

Experience Required- 1 0- 15 Years Salary Expectation -

10- 15 LPA
