We're looking for an experienced, creative, and driven Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating designs for the brand and making sure that we're evolving our design from time-to-time and setting the standard in our industry. Since we are a fitness company, it is mandatory to stay in top shape and lead by example. You don't need to have a prior experience in fitness, but once you join and become a part of our team, you will be expected to workout and follow a nutrition program regularly. The Ideal Candidates Effectively communicate Manage their time efficiently Cultivate positive and fun relationships with any individual Go above and beyond the expectation Take initiative in any given task Are always willing to learn Are team players Accept responsibility Responsibilities Developing original and creative designs for multiple projects that involve Social Media, Packaging, Emailers, WhatsApp, Amazon A+, etc Working closely with other departments to ensure design decisions are in line with project requirements Staying up to date with current design trends Ensuring all designs are accurate and meet quality standards Maintaining accurate records of all design work Design Projects That You'll Be Working On Social Media Collaterals (Images + Videos) 3rd Party E-Commerce Collaterals (Amazon, etc) Website Collaterals (Home Page Headers, etc) Packaging Design Shipping Boxes Design Fitness Accessories Design (T-shirts, Shakers, etc) Qualification A minimum of 4 years of design experience Bachelor's degree in design or related field or relevant work experience Excellent knowledge of design softwares such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Experience on various social media platforms Excellent communication and project management skills Benefits Paid Time Off Complimentary Gym Membership Complimentary Diet and Training Program Employee Discount on all Fuelled Products Personal Development & Educational Resources Fun & Positive Working Environment If you are interested in this position, please submit your resume and portfolio.
