Ecorgy Solutions is a Healthcare back office BPO Organization supporting its clients based at California, USA. Ecorgy assists its clients in providing effective and efficient home health for the patients at home, with the help of highly qualified medical professionals.
Responsibilities include:
Transcription of Medical Reports:
- Listen to dictated recordings from healthcare professionals in US, including physicians, nurses, and other medical staff.
- Accurately transcribe medical reports, including patient histories, physical examinations, diagnostic studies, consultations, and discharge summaries.
Maintaining Accuracy:
- Ensure the accuracy of transcriptions by reviewing and editing as necessary.
- Research and verify medical terminology and abbreviations to maintain precision.
Adherence to Guidelines:
- Follow established guidelines and formatting standards for medical transcriptions.
- Comply with legal and confidentiality requirements regarding patient information.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to clarify unclear dictations and ensure accurate transcriptions.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to address any issues related to medical records.
Time Management:
- Meet deadlines consistently to ensure the timely delivery of transcriptions.
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
Shift Timings - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
