Responsibilities:
1. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their technical requirements, and effectively communicating them to the development team.
2. Documentation: Document client requirements, ensuring clarity and precision in the technical specifications provided to the development team.
3. Technical Liaison: Act as a bridge between clients and the development team, facilitating clear and effective communication to ensure that client needs are accurately understood and met.
4. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their satisfaction with our technical solutions.
Requirements:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
2. Basic understanding of coding languages and server technologies.
3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
6. Previous experience in a client-facing role or technical support position is preferred.
